A touch of Frost

Probably the best crime tv series ever. And another memorable role for David Jason. Danger Mouse being the other, of course. :)

Koala Koalko

Image hosting by Photobucket
One of my earliest comic book characters - a coala commando... I think he was actually my brother's creation, I'm not sure... I recently dug him up but I'm not yet sure what to do with him...
He'd be perfect for a war comic parody in John Wagner style, the kind of story Garth Ennis is obssessed with recently. :)

Another recent portrait - Sir Ian McKellen from the excellent movie Richard III.

She-Hulk!

I did this pin-up a long time ago in hommage to John Byrne's run on She-Hulk in the 80's which was really funny and full of adventure. Marvel recently launched a new She-Hulk comic written by Dan Slott and it's even better than the Byrne's, especially the art by Juan Bobillo. I recommend it to all of you true superhero comic fans.
The car is some kind of Aston Martin, I think... Nevertheless, it was fun to draw. :)

Beat Takeshi

I rarely draw from life or photos but, hell, I couldn't resist doing the sketch of my favorite actor/director Takeshi Kitano.

The Injustice League!

Image hosting by Photobucket
Yes, it's those wacky losers who call themselves The Injustice League... :) From left: The Clock King, Major Disaster, Big Sir, Multiple Man and Clue Master. They are probably the funniest thing in the 80's Justice League comics by Keith Giffen, J. M. DeMatteis & Kevin Maguire.
It's a damn shame superhero comics are not this funny anymore.

Here are first three pages of a new Mister Mačak (Mister Meow for all you english speaking folks out there) comic I'm working on. The script is by MM's regular writer Darko Macan (more known by his internationally renowned comics like Grendel Tales: Devils and Deaths, Soldier X, Star Wars: Vader's Quest & Jedi Vs. Sith) and this time we're exploring MM's origin! This episode will be serialized in the Mister Mačak Magazine which is supposed to appear by the end of March in Croatia and Serbia & Montenegro.
